You are allowed a 30-day return window for our products. Damaged items or those with personal engravings cannot be accepted.
How to return:
- Pack the item in its original packaging and send it to: Bregagliaknife, Via Albigna 9, CH-7603, Vicosoprano
- Send an email to info@bregagliaknife.ch with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Once we have received the package and checked the condition of the goods we will proceed with the refund.
